My Story
I am a craftsperson and plant enthusiast making plant-inspired pottery and goods in Johnson City, TN
After taking my first pottery class at the end of 2020, I began practicing throwing on the wheel by making planters for my houseplant collection. I felt empowered to make and design exactly the right pots for my plants in the colorful, earthy aesthetic that I love. This naturally led me to start designing planters that worked for my plants growing in semi-hydroponic substrates like LECA and PON.
If you catch me at an in-person event or popup, you’ll also find other products that I make such as jewelry, macramé, copper trellises, and other pottery odds and ends. But my passion is for making ceramic planters.
I am a part-time, small-batch potter and most of what I make is one-of-a-kind. I’m so lucky to call the beautiful Southern Appalachian mountains of East Tennessee home and spend any extra time gardening, kayaking, biking, knitting, or enjoying the company of my husband, three dogs, and four chickens.
